Abstract
The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) experienced a decline in achieving the bureaucratic reform index. Performance indicators such as the performance and financial accountability index, public service index, and professionalism index of state civil servants could not be achieved even though human resources have increased since 2021. Improving team member performance at the Ministry of ATR/BPN will undoubtedly impact the achievement of institutional performance, so a study is needed on the factors that influence team member performance. This study aimed to analyze the effect of work discipline, education, training, and career development on the performance of employees of the Ministry of ATR/BPN through performance allowances. Data were obtained through questionnaires from 339 respondents and analyzed descriptively using the Structural Equation Modeling technique. The study's results showed that work discipline significantly affected team member performance. Education and training positively affected performance allowances and team member performance. Career development had a more significant effect on performance allowances than directly on team member performance. Performance allowances significantly influenced team member performance. Simultaneously, work discipline, education, and training influenced team member performance through performance allowances.
