Girls Time Secret, as a business in the beauty sector, faces difficulties in monitoring incoming and outgoing goods, as well as tracking real-time stock availability. This study aims to design a web-based inventory information system using the CodeIgniter framework and operated locally through XAMPP, which facilitates the recording of product data. The system development method follows the waterfall approach, consisting of the stages of analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The results of the developed system show improved efficiency in managing product data and minimizing manual recording errors.
Anisa Rizki Fadila Yoyon Arifin Hariselmi Hariselmi ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2026-03-27 2026-03-27 3 1 1 7 10.47024/jutekdisi.v3i1.1202 Design of a Web-Based Doctor Scheduling System Using CodeIgniter https://ojsiibn1.indobarunasional.ac.id/JUTEKDISI/article/view/1285
The implementation of a web-based information system for presenting information on types of medical services and doctors’ schedules is an important requirement for hospitals to improve the quality of healthcare services. An information system is a collection of hardware, software, databases, telecommunications, human resources, and procedures designed to process data into useful information. Currently, the doctor scheduling system at Hospital X is still carried out manually using paper-based media, making the patient registration process less efficient and potentially causing problems such as long queues and a lack of information regarding doctors’ availability. This condition makes it difficult for patients to obtain optimal healthcare services. Therefore, a web-based doctor scheduling information system is needed to provide accurate and real-time information in order to improve service efficiency and facilitate easier access to information for patients and hospital staff.
Keywords : Waterfall, Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Class Diagram, and MySQL
Rifdah Salsabila Hasibuan Desfa Anisa Miftahul Ilmi ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2026-03-27 2026-03-27 3 1 8 16 10.47024/jutekdisi.v3i1.1285 DESIGN OF THE USER INTERFACE FOR A DAILY INPATIENT CENSUS INFORMATION SYSTEM USING THE WATERFALL METHOD https://ojsiibn1.indobarunasional.ac.id/JUTEKDISI/article/view/1298
Manual management of the Daily Inpatient Census (SHRI) in hospitals often faces obstacles such as incomplete data entry and the risk of document loss. This study aims to design a web-based SHRI information system interface to improve the efficiency and accuracy of patient data management. The research method used is the Waterfall method, which includes the stages of needs analysis, system design, and testing. System development was carried out using the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter 4 framework and a MySQL database. The results of the study indicate that the system is able to integrate incoming, transferred, and discharged patient data automatically, thereby minimizing manual input errors. Based on testing using the Black Box Testing method, all functional modules of the system were declared to run successfully and in accordance with user needs. Overall, this system design provides an effective digital solution and simplifies the daily census recapitulation reporting process for hospital management.
HANIFAH CAHYANI Desfa Anisa ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2026-03-27 2026-03-27 3 1 17 30 DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF AN ANDROID APPLICATION FOR MANAGING FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENTS, MEDICATION, AND HEMODIALYSIS SCHEDULES FOR PATIENTS WITH DIABETES MELLITUS https://ojsiibn1.indobarunasional.ac.id/JUTEKDISI/article/view/1299
The latest data from the International Diabetes
Federation (IDF) and the Ministry of Health shows that
the number of diabetes mellitus (DM) sufferers in
Indonesia will reach around 20.4 million by 2024.
Indonesia ranks fifth globally for the highest number of
diabetes sufferers. The manual drug prescribing process can potentially lead to delays and prescription errors. This study aims to develop an integrated prescription feature within the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) and assess its impact on the efficiency of pharmaceutical services. The Waterfall method was used because its development stages are systematic and sequential, making it suitable for developing an integrated prescription feature within the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS). Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results indicate that implementing the integrated prescription feature within SIMRS can accelerate the pharmaceutical service process, reduce prescription errors, and improve the accuracy and completeness of drug information. Therefore, the development of this feature can improve the efficiency of pharmaceutical services and support patient safety.
Galyna Bintang Putria Miftahul Ilmi Desfa Anisa ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2026-03-27 2026-03-27 3 1 44 55 10.47024/jutekdisi.v3i1.1301 Design and Development of a Web-Based Nutritional Meal Scheduling System for Hospitals https://ojsiibn1.indobarunasional.ac.id/JUTEKDISI/article/view/1302
Nutrition services in hospitals play an important role in supporting the patient recovery process, especially for inpatient care. Manual management of nutrition data, meal menus, and patient food consumption monitoring can lead to delays in information and recording errors. This study aims to design and develop a web-based hospital nutrition information system to assist doctors, nurses, nutritionists, and patients in managing and monitoring patient nutritional needs and food consumption in an integrated manner. The system development method used is the Waterfall method, which includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing stages. The developed system provides features such as role-based login access, patient data management, food consumption monitoring, nutritional needs management, and monthly consumption evaluation presented in graphical form.
