The research addresses the inefficiency and inaccuracy often found in manual inventory tracking methods still commonly used by coffee-related businesses. Using the Waterfall development model, the system was built with PHP, the CodeIgniter 3 framework, MySQL for database management, and the NiceAdmin UI template. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation analysis of logistic processes. The application supports key features such as supplier data management, incoming and outgoing goods tracking, stock monitoring, and automated reporting. The system was tested using a black-box testing approach to ensure the core functions operated as intended. The implementation showed that the application successfully simplified the logistic recording process, improved the accuracy of stock data, and enhanced operational efficiency. The system is designed to help administrators manage incoming and outgoing items, monitor inventory stock, and generate reports efficiently. The development method used in this study is the Waterfall model, including stages such as requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The application is built using PHP with the CodeIgniter 3 framework and MySQL database. The results show that the system can assist in real-time data management and minimize the risk of data loss or human error. The system also provides features such as user login, dashboard visualization, item categorization, stock level tracking, and printable reporting. Through black-box testing, all system functions run according to expectations. The research sample <br>consisted of 50 randomly selected students. Data analysis using simple linear <br>regression revealed that, in general, university students in Batam City have a positive <br>user experience with the online transportation applications studied. However, the <br>research results also revealed the potential for improvement in several dimensions of <br>user experience, particularly in terms of attractiveness and novelty. This indicates that <br>users desire a more visually appealing application interface, more varied promotional <br>offers, and innovative new features to enhance their riding experience. The findings of <br>this study provide several recommendations for online transportation service <br>providers. Firstly, there is a need for improvements in the user interface (UI) design to <br>make the application more visually appealing and intuitive. Secondly, service <br>providers are encouraged to be more creative in designing promotional programs and <br>special offers that are relevant to the needs of students. Thirdly, continuous service <br>innovation is crucial to maintaining user interest and differentiating oneself from <br>competitors. This study aims to design and build a web-based cake stock management information system to facilitate recording of ingredients, incoming and outgoing transactions, and printing reports. The system was developed using the Waterfall method through the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. There are three types of users with different access rights, namely Admin, Warehouse, and Manager. Admin manages user data, Warehouse manages stock and transactions, while Manager can only view and print reports. Testing was carried out using the BlackBox method to ensure that the system functionality runs according to specifications. The results show that the system functions well and meets user needs. The system is built using the CodeIgniter framework and runs locally via XAMPP. Dimana dengan informasi manajemen inventori yang akurat, cepat dan mudah akan memberikan keuntungan bagi perusahaan mengontrol stock level yang tepat sehingga akan mempengaruhi pengaturan cash flow perusahaan yang tepat dan mengurangi biaya-biaya pembelian dengan adanya sistem informasi yang tepat dan cepat. Sehingga Informasi Inventori yang akurat dan cepat menjadi tantangan bagi perusahaan. Saat ini PT. GPI&nbsp; masih menerapkan manajemn inventori yang bersifat manual menggunakan microsoft Excel yang memiliki keterbatasan dalam keakuratan, fitur dan kesalahan dalam penginputan data karena masih menggunakan form manual sebagai sumber data penginputan dan waktu pengolahan data inventori yang lumayan lama sehingga tidak bisa memberikan informasi inventori yang cepat, tepat dan akurat. Dalam penelitian ini dirumuskan masalah tentang bagaimana mengoptimalkan, menghasilkan dan mengamankan data inventori yang cepat, tepat, akurat pada PT. GPI dengan menerapkan metode agile berbasis web pada PT. GPI. Sedangkan tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengoptimalkan, menghasilkan, dan mengamankan data inventori dengan hasil yang akurat, tepat dan cepat sehingga bisa membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan manajemen. Metode agile merupakan metode pengembangan incremental yang fokus pada perkembangan yang cepat, perangkat lunak yang dirilis bertahap, mengurangi overhead proses, dan menghasilkan kode berkualitas tinggi dan pada proses perkembangannya melibatkan user secara langsung. Not only the people which economically disadvantaged, but also the middle-income group feels the impact of the unfavorable economic climate. One solution to help alleviate this burden is to raise funds for donations to those in need. Within higher education institutions environment scope, one example of a routine activity is social service of distributing basic necessities to economically disadvantaged communities around campus. The challenges faced relate to managing activities and receiving donations from donors. This web-based crowdfunding application is intended to help facilitate fundraising activities for the committee, thereby improving accountability and transparency, as all donor income is recorded in the system. The design method used is waterfall model with object-oriented approach to represent design diagrams required. The application was developed using PHP and MySQL database within an Apache server environment.
