ANALYSIS OF WORK EXPERIENCE ROLE IN ENCHACHING EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT ASSTRO HIGHLAND CIATER
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the role of work experience in enhancing employee performance at Asstro Highland Ciater. Work experience is considered a key factor that can influence individual performance in the workplace. The research employs a qualitative method, utilizing data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that work experience plays a significant role in improving employee performance. Employees with more work experience tend to adapt more quickly, understand workflows better, and effectively tackle challenges, which contributes to increased productivity and effectiveness. Additionally, other factors such as support from colleagues and a positive work environment also contribute to performance improvement. This research provides important insights for management in human resource management and emphasizes the importance of valuing and leveraging employees' work experience as a valuable asset to achieve optimal performance.
