MEMBANGUN BUDAYA 5R DI DEPARTEMEN QUALITY CONTROL PT. SUMBER MAS INDAH PLYWOOD

Abstract

This study aims to build a 5R culture (Ringkas, Rapi, Resik, Rawat, Rajin) in the Quality Control Department at PT. Sumber Mas Indah Plywood. Through observation and interviews, it was identified that the implementation of 5R still needs to be improved because the work environment is less organized and clean. The proposed 5R Assessment Form was developed to provide a clear measuring tool in assessing the implementation of 5R principles, which is expected to improve employee efficiency and productivity. This study recommends implementing the form routinely and involving all employees in the assessment process, in order to create a more comfortable and productive work environment.
