Abstract

YAPISTA in the management of hall building rentals is still manual and has not used a well-integrated information system. The customer must come to the YAPISTA hall building to fill out the form and then carry out the rental process for the YAPISTA hall building in accordance with the procedure for renting the YAPISTA hallwaan made by the YAPISTA hall building. The purpose of this research is to build an information system related to computer-based systems, so that the processes carried out can take place more quickly and efficiently and can minimize errors that may occur. The research method used is qualitative with data collection including literature studies, interviews (interviews), direct observations (observations), and system development methods using the waterfall model. The Information System for Leasing the Hall Building at the Ibnu Sina Education Foundation (YAPISTA) which will be designed based on a dashboard. From observations and research conducted, it can be seen that the Ibnu Sina Education Foundation (YAPISTA) requires ordering information data, and other information that is effective and efficient, so that it is expected to produce better information with a computerized system.
