SALES MONITORING APPLICATIONS IN ANDROID AND WEB-BASED MANAGEMENT DECISIONS

Abstract

The importance of sales supervision by management to be in accordance with company goals requires quick and appropriate decision making. It is deemed necessary to examine whether the object of research has implemented proper sales supervision. The study was conducted to determine whether the sales monitoring application can influence management decisions. The research was conducted by observing the sales supervision of the research object that influenced management decisions. The results of the research in the field are that sales supervision uses applications with mobile phones and web browsers based on android and web to better support management decision making.
