SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PEMILIHAN APLIKASI PENCARIAN KERJA TERBAIK MENGGUNAKAN METODE WEIGHTED PRODUCT (WP)

Abstract

The existence of information technology today makes it easy for everyone to share information. It is undeniable that information technology has made so many changes in life, an example of changes that have occurred is in the search for work. There are several problems in the job search application that make users feel confused to determine which job search application is best to use. Completeness of features is one of the important things that must be in a job search application, limited information about job vacancies that are currently open will cause a sense of uncertainty from the users of the application itself, then the difficulty of using the application will make users lazy to use it. Likewise with the appearance of the application, an unattractive and confusing display for users will make them think twice about using it. based on the problems that often arise as described above, in this study the authors apply a Decision Support System (DSS) which is part of a computer information system used by a company or organization, then the system will process the data into information for making semi-annual decisions. -structured or unstructured using the Weighted Product (WP) method, which is a method with mathematical operations in the form of multiplication to connect attribute ratings.
