Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of work discipline and workload on employee performance at PT. Tanjung Mutiara Perkasa, with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). And the test results can be concluded that there is no relationship between work discipline on employee performance, and based on the test results for the second hypothesis in this study it was found that there is a relationship between workload on employee performance
