ANALISIS KEPUASAN PENGGUNA WEBSITE GRATIS KABEH DENGAN METODE SYSTEM USABILITY SCALE DI DESA KEDUNGWULUH KIDUL

Abstract

Abstract Information and Communication Technology (ICT) plays an important role in all fields, including government. One of the administrative districts that uses information and communication technology (ICT) in the government sector is DINDUKCAPIL, Banyumas Regency. One of the Banyumas Government E-Government implementations is the Free Kabeh website as a form of population administration service which is supervised by Dindukcapil for the people of Banyumas in managing population documents online. In ensuring the effectiveness, efficiency and user satisfaction of the website, it is necessary to evaluate and assess the website. The purpose of this research is to analyze the satisfaction of using the Gratis Kabeh website. In this study using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. The evaluation results of this study, namely the evaluation results of interviews and questionnaires, obtained a total SUS score of 7142.5 with an average of 72.88. This shows that the total SUS score on the Gratis Kabeh website is in the "Acceptable" category based on acceptability ranges and is included in grade "C" based on the grade scale. These results indicate that the Gratis Kabeh website can be accepted by users and has met the established usability average value standards and with this value the Gratis Kabeh website is considered feasible to use.   Keywords: User Satisfaction, Gratis Kabeh Website, System Usability Scale (SUS)
