SISTEM INFORMASI IZIN CUTI PEGAWAI PADA LEMBAGA PENYIARAN PUBLIK RADIO REPUBLIK INDONESIA ENDE (LPP RRI)

Abstract

The Public Broadcasting Institute of Radio Republik Indonesia Ende (LPP RRI Ende) is an organization engaged in services, namely the broadcasting industry.  LPP RRI Ende has problems or obstacles in the process of applying for leave, and leave applications are still handled manually. The problem of applying for employee leave causes many parties to feel a lack of information such as how much data is left on their remaining leave, the application approval process must meet their respective division superiors. Seeing this problem, the author designed and built an employee leave application application website that is able to provide information about employee leave, information on the remaining employee leave. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and literature studies. While the Extrerme programming (XP) method as a method of system development and system testing uses the blackbox testing method with equivalence partition techniques. The purpose of the website-based leave application information system is to make it easier for employees to access leave information and just see leave information and can assist employees in making leave permits.
