SISTEM INFORMASI PENGOLAHAN DATA PEGAWAI BERBASIS WEB PADA KANTOR INSPEKTORAT DAERAH KABUPATEN ENDE
Abstract
The process of managing personnel data at the Regional Inspectorate of Ende Regency is still done manually, namely the secretariat manages employee data, makes archives of employee data and prepares staffing reports to be submitted to the staffing agency for storage. Physical data storage for long periods of time is very vulnerable in terms of document security and integrity. Document damage is very likely to occur due to physical factors in the form of lost documents or scattered documents. The purpose of this research is to design and build a website-based personnel data information system for the Regional Inspectorate of Ende Regency so that it can support and facilitate report performance in processing employee data more effectively. The method used in research uses the Waterfall method. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, documentation and testing using black box testing. The conclusion of apt employee data processing is adjusted to the system that has been implemented. The Regional Inspectorate of Ende Regency is one of the organizations or agencies that has a complete system for processing its data, which requires all data to be processed properly, stored neatly and easily traced from the place where it is stored if needed. The process of storing information at the Regional Inspectorate of Ende Regency related to employee data is still done manually.
