SISTEM INFORMASI KULIAH KERJA NYATA (KKN) UNIVERSITAS FLORES BERBASIS WEBSITE

Abstract

Real Work Lectures (KKN) is one of the mandatory courses at the University of Flores. KKN students are required to register first by sending the required documents to the P3KKN office. This registration process is considered to be less effective so the process carried out is not time and energy efficient. Apart from that, the division of groups and Field Supervisors (DPL) and location assignments still use Microsoft Excel, which is an obstacle for the KKN implementation committee in grouping students. The aim of this research is that researchers will build a website-based Real Work Lecture (KKN) information system to make things easier for Flores University students and also the committee implementing these activities. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method. The system development method uses waterfall and testing uses Blackbox testing. The results obtained from this research are the creation of a real work education information system that can make it easier for students to register to take part in KKN. Apart from that, it can also make it easier for the implementing committee to form groups, assign locations and field supervisors. With this KKN information system, the student registration process and group division, locations and supervisors are expected to become easier.   Keywords: Real Work Lectures (KKN), Blackbox testing, and Waterfall
