SISTEM INFORMASI E-ARSIP SURAT MENYURAT BERBASIS WEB PADA DINAS LINGKUNGAN HIDUP KABUPATEN ENDE

Abstract

The Environmental Office of Ende Regency still does not pay attention to the handling of archives digitally, it is still untouched due to weak human resources, knowledge about archive handling, technology, or lack of awareness of the importance of archives. The purpose of this study is "How to design a WEB Based Correspondence E-archive Information System at the Ende Regency Environmental Office" The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method using the waterfall system development method. The result of this research is in the form of a WEB Based Correspondence E-archive Information System used by employees of the Ende Regency Environmental Office in handling archiving from a manual work system to a digital-based one. From the results of this study, it is concluded that the designed system can be used well at the black box testing stage. With the feasibility of the system by users Scala Usability System is on the grade B value scale, for the adjectives scale the score obtained is categorized as excellent and for the acceptability scale the score obtained is categorized as Acceptable so that the system can be categorized as good for use in filing letters from the Ende Regency Environmental Agency.   Keywords: Environmental Agency, E-archive, Watefall, Scala Usability System, Black Box.
