SISTEM INFORMASI PENGGAJIAN KARYAWAN PADA YAYASAN BAMBU LESTARI TURETOGO

Abstract

At the present time, data and information processing requires speed adnd accuracy. To get it, it must be supported by an appropriate information technology that is effective and relevant for its application. However, in implementing the system at a company called the Bambu Lestari Turetogo foundation, there are problems found in this study, namely regarding recording and calculating salaries that still use Microsoft Excel for the payroll peocess. The purpose of this research is to design and build a payroll information system and find out how to implement an employee payroll information system at the Bambu Lestari Turetogo foundation. The research method used is quantitative and descriptive. The data collection technique used is interviews, observation, documentation. The process of recording and calculating salaries applied by the company is still inaccurate, causing the salary process to be late. In solving this problem, the authors designed an employee payroll information system. In this design, the author uses the Notepad++ programming language, the database is MySQL and uses the Waterfall method. With this application design, it is hoped that the company will get some convenience in inputting data while at the same time helping the company to prepare payroll reports to be fast and more efficient. For this reason, we want to take a title, namely "(Employee Payroll Information System at the Sustainable Bamboo Faundation)”   Keywords: Payroll application, Notepad++, MySQl, Waterfall method.
