Abstract

Abstract Laundry is a business that operates in the field of washing clothes or fabrics and also ironing services. Currently, laundry services are being widely used, so the development of services is really needed by both customers and laundry business owners. One of them is "Laundry Excelso" where the management process in this laundry is still mostly done manually, so this is less effective because the owner has difficulty knowing daily and monthly profits, and also has difficulty in making a recap of this laundry business report. From the problems above, a design analysis was created for a web-based laundry service information system. This research uses an Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD). research approach.
