IMPLEMENTASI DESIGN THINKING DAN SYSTEM USABILITY SCALE PADA SILAPENDUK DINAS KEPENDUDUKAN DAN PENCATATAN SIPIL TAPANULI TENGAH
Abstract
Technological information is really needed to support work processes and services, especially for agencies in the Central Tapanuli Population and Civil Registration Service Government. The Central Tapanuli Disdukcapil provides public services to the community consisting of population registration and civil registration. The system currently running at the Central Tapanuli Population and Civil Registration Office is in the form of direct services. People who want to get services don't get enough information. Unsatisfactory service in the field of employee preservation to the community. The lack of clarity includes technical requirements and service administration. Therefore, by applying a design thinking approach, the Silapenduk Tapteng application was designed to make it easier for employees to provide services and for people who want to register residents. Testing the user experience using the Sus method with a sample size of 100 people resulted in a result of 87.8% which can be said to be that the Silapenduk Tapteng application is suitable for use and application to the Central Tapanuli DisdukCapil in accordance with user needs.
