DESAIN BASIS DATA APLIKASI PERPUSTKAAN DIGITAL PERPUSNAS: EVALUASI STRUKTUR DAN EFISIENSI PENYIMPANAN DATA

Digital transformation in library management has driven the need for efficient, integrated, and reliable database systems. This research aims to evaluate the database structure of the digital library application of the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia (Perpusnas) to assess storage efficiency, data integrity, and support for system scalability. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected through system documentation analysis and semi-structured interviews with Perpusnas technical staff. The study results indicate that the system uses PostgreSQL with a database structure normalized to the third standard form (3NF). However, several issues were found, including metadata duplication between physical and digital collections, slow performance of complex search queries, and limitations in applying relational constraints. These findings indicate the need for further optimization of the database structure regarding entity-relationship design, indexing, and integrity control. The recommendations are expected to support the development of a more efficient and sustainable national digital library system.

KAJIAN ARSITEKTUR BASIS DATA PADA APLIKASI TRANSPORTASI ONLINE GOJEK: PERSPEKTIF KUALITATIF BERBASIS STUDI SISTEM

The development of digital technology drives the need for a reliable database system, especially in online transportation applications like Gojek, which handles millions of transactions and user data daily. This research is conducted to examine the database architecture used in the Gojek application and evaluate its effectiveness and efficiency in supporting system performance. The reason for choosing this topic is based on the crucial role of databases in ensuring the stability, speed, and security of digital services. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with system study techniques, including document analysis, literature review, and observation of secondary data-based systems. The study results indicate that Gojek's database architecture implements a distributed model with a microservices approach and utilizes NoSQL technology and caching layers to handle large-scale and real-time needs. This finding emphasizes the importance of choosing an adaptive and scalable database architecture to develop digital service-based applications.

PENINGKATAN KUALITAS PRODUK PADA PROSES ASSEMBLY

Abstract

This study aims to identify the root cause of the problem and implement measures to improve the quality of the CG200 product, focusing on the assembly process. Initial data obtained from the quality control department revealed several product rejects, such as incorrect cable connections, incorrect bolt torque, and component misalignment, occurring in the assembly area. The methods used in this study included observation, interviews, and a PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) analysis approach. The results indicate that after procedural improvements and technical training, the number of defects was reduced by 21.5% within three months. Therefore, improvements to the assembly system can improve the quality and production efficiency of this product.

STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN UMKM KOTA BATAM DALAM MENINGKATKAN DAYA SAING DI ERA DIGITAL

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in the national economy, particularly in terms of employment absorption and contribution to Gross Domestic Product (GDP). However, in the rapidly evolving digital era, MSMEs face new challenges to remain competitive. This study aims to analyze MSME development strategies to increase competitiveness in the digital era. The research method uses a qualitative-descriptive approach with literature studies and field observations of MSMEs in Batam City. The results indicate that digital technology adoption, branding strengthening, human resource capacity enhancement, and government policy support are the main factors driving MSME competitiveness. This study suggests the importance of collaboration between MSMEs, the government, and the private sector in encouraging digitalization and sustainable MSME business innovation.

HAMBATAN IMPLEMENTASI AKUNTANSI HIJAU PADA UMKM DI KEPULAUAN RIAU

Green accounting is an accounting approach that incorporates environmental considerations into financial reporting and decision-making. Despite its potential benefits, the adoption of green accounting among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia, particularly in the Riau Archipelago, remains limited. This study aims to identify and analyze the barriers to implementing green accounting in MSMEs. A quantitative research design was applied, with primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to MSME owners across several districts in the Riau Archipelago. Data were analyzed using linear regression with SPSS. The results indicate that limited knowledge, lack of training, low environmental awareness, and inadequate policy support are significant barriers to green accounting adoption. The study recommends increasing education and providing policy incentives to foster the implementation of green accounting in MSMEs.

This study aims to determine the Influence of Price and Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions for Fish Chips in Sungai Langkai Village, Sagulung District, Batam City. The type of research used is explanatory quantitative research. The data processed is the result of distributing questionnaires to customers. The research method used is quantitative research, the data source is 100 consumers of fish chips in Sungai Langkai Village, Sagulung District, Batam City. Data collection by means of observation, interviews and documentation, and data analysis with domain data analysis. The results of the t-test (partial) that price has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing decisions with t count> t table with a significance value <0.05, namely 2.127> 1.656 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with t count> t table with a significance value <0.05, namely 5.2.043> 1.656 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. This is proven by the results of the F test where f count > f table with a significance value <0.05, namely 6,584 > 2.67 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 which states that price and product quality have a positive and simultaneous significant effect on the decision to purchase fish chips in Sungai Langkai Village, Sagulung District, Batam City.

AKUNTANSI KULTURAL: STUDI KASUS PENCATATAN DAN PEMBIAYAAN PERKAWINAN ADAT PADA SUKU MUNA

This study aims to analyze the traditional recording and financing system applied in the Muna tribe's traditional marriage, and to identify the underlying cultural values. The research method used is a qualitative case study approach with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the cost recording system in the Muna tribe's traditional marriage is carried out informally based on trust and family solidarity. Cultural values such as mutual cooperation, togetherness, and honor also shape the structure of marriage expenditure. Cultural accounting practices in the Muna tribe's traditional marriage act as a mechanism for recording costs as well as a symbol of cultural identity that needs to be maintained.

Digital transformation in the healthcare sector is a strategic effort to improve efficiency, service quality, and patient satisfaction. The application of intelligent technology such as medical artificial intelligence, accompanied by improving the healthcare service quality and perceived usefulness of technology, is an important element in creating a superior service experience. This study aims to analyze “ Transformation of Hospital Through Medical Artificial Intelligency, Healthcare Service Quality, and Perceived Usefulness: Its Impact on Patient Satisfaction at RSUP Dr. Sitanala, Tangerang. A total of 234 respondents from inpatients in various healthcare units at RSUP. Dr. Sitanala, Tangerang have been collected from questionnaires directly and through the google forms application. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling. Data analysis used SmartPLS 3.0 as software. The findings of this study indicate that medical artificial intelligence, healthcare service quality, and perceived usefulness have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction.

PERAN PROMOSI DAN HARGA DALAM MEMBANGUN KEPUTUSAN BELI

Kota Batam, sebagai salah satu destinasi wisata di Indonesia, memiliki daya tarik kuliner yang signifikan bagi wisatawan domestik dan internasional. Keanekaragaman hidangan lokal, menjadi bagian penting dari pengalaman wisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh promosi dan harga terhadap keputusan beli pelanggan kuliner ayam kosek di Batam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey, melibatkan 100 responden penikmati hidangan ayam kosek yang terletak di sebuah kawasan bisnis strategis di Kota Batam. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner mencakup persepsi responden terhadap promosi, harga, dan keputusan beli produk ayam kosek. Analisis data menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap keputusan beli pelanggan di rumah makan ayam kosek di Batam. Strategi promosi yang efektif, termasuk pemanfaatan platform digital dan media sosial, terbukti mampu meningkatkan minat dan keinginan wisatawan untuk membeli produk ayam kosek. Selain itu, harga juga ditemukan memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap keputusan beli pelanggan di rumah makan ayam kosek. Penetapan harga yang strategis dan sesuai dengan persepsi nilai pelanggan menjadi faktor penting dalam menarik minat beli. Lebih lanjut, hasil analisis secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa promosi dan harga secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan beli pelanggan ayam kosek. Implikasi ini menjadi penting khususnya dalam merancang strategi promosi yang menarik dan menetapkan harga yang kompetitif dengan mempertimbangkan preferensi wisatawan. Pemanfaatan teknologi dalam menyampaikan informasi promosi dan penawaran harga yang menarik dapat menjadi keunggulan kompetitif.

PENGARUH PELATIHAN DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN DIVISI PRODUKSI PT. CENTRAL PERTIWI BAHARI (FISH FEED)

This study aimed to examine the influence of training and the work environment on the work productivity of employees in the Production Division at PT. Central Pertiwi Bahari (Fish Feed). The research employed at quantitative approach with an associated method. The primary data were collected through field research. The population included all employees at PT. Central Pertiwi Bahari, totalling 104 individuals. A purposive sampling technique was used to select a sample of 40 employees from the Production Division. Instrument testing involved validity and reliability assessments, while data analysis prerequisites included tests for normality, linearity, and multicollinearity. The data were analyzed using multiple linier regression, and hypotheses were tested using the t-test and F-test. The results revealed that training had no significant effect on the work productivity of Production Division employees. In contrast, the work environment had a significant positive influence. Moreover, training and the work environment collectively had a significant impact on employee productivity within the Production Division at PT. Central Pertiwi Bahari (Fish Feed).

ANALYSIS OF INDONESIAN PUBLIC SENTIMENT TOWARDS TIKTOK SHOP USING NAIVE BAYES AND RANDOM FOREST METHODS

This study aims to determine the sentiment of the Indonesian people towards TikTok Shop using sentiment analysis. This study uses a quantitative approach by collecting 2340 sentiment data taken from Twitter social media. For sentiment analysis, two machine learning algorithms are applied, namely Naïve Bayes and Random. The first stage is data collection through crawling from Twitter. Then the selection of relevant attributes for analysis is carried out. And the raw data is converted into structured data that is ready to be analyzed. Furthermore, data labeling and classification model development are carried out. Finally, an evaluation of model performance is carried out using and k-fold cross validation to ensure the accuracy of the analysis results. The results show that the Naïve Bayes algorithm produces an accuracy of 66.41%, while the Random Forest algorithm produces an accuracy of 57.81%. Thus, Naïve Bayes is superior with an accuracy difference of 8.60% compared to Random Forest. Sentiment analysis with Naïve Bayes produces 375 positive sentiments and 346 negative sentiments. These results indicate that the public has diverse views on TikTok Shop. This study is expected to provide valuable insights for TikTok Shop managers to improve the quality of their services based on user feedback. In addition, the results of this study can also be a reference for further research in the field of sentiment analysis and e-commerce.

IMPLEMENTATION OF YOLOv5 FOR AUTOMATIC PARKING LOT DETECTION AND MONITORING SYSTEM

The rapid growth of vehicles in urban areas has led to parking space limitations and longer search times for available spots. This study aims to design and implement an automated parking availability detection and monitoring system using the YOLOv5 algorithm and image input from drone cameras. The methodology includes image data acquisition through drone recordings from two different viewpoints (top-down and side view), data labeling, object detection model training, and classification of parking slot status (vacant or occupied). System evaluation was conducted by measuring precision, recall, accuracy, and mAP@0.5. The testing results show that camera angle affects detection accuracy: from the side view, the system achieved 100% precision, 75.86% recall, and 75.86% mAP@0.5, while from the top-down view, recall and mAP@0.5 dropped to 35.29% and 35.00%, respectively. These findings are supported by the Confusion Matrix and Precision-Recall Curve visualizations. The developed system successfully detects and monitors parking slot availability in real-time, displaying the results via a digital dashboard. The use of drone cameras enables broader and more flexible area coverage compared to static cameras. Therefore, this system has the potential to be a practical solution in the development of deep learning-based smart parking in public areas.

ANALISIS PENGARUH MEDIASI KOMITMEN ORGANISASI PADA PENGEMUDI OJEK ONLINE

In the era of technological advancement and digitalization, online transportation services have become an essential necessity in Batam City, supporting mobility and creating jobs. However, job stress and welfare uncertainty are serious challenges that threaten the health and performance of online ojek drivers. This study analyzes the effect of job stress and reward on organizational commitment and driver performance, and evaluates the mediating role of organizational commitment. The purpose of the study is to provide insight for online transportation companies in improving the welfare and work effectiveness of drivers. The population of this study was online ojek drivers in Batam City with an unknown number, so the 1:10 ratio method was used to determine the sample size based on 26 questions, resulting in a total of 260 respondents. Data collection was done through a printed questionnaire which was filled in directly and then inputted into Google Form. Data analysis used Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that job stress has a significant negative impact on performance, while rewards have a positive effect on performance and organizational commitment. However, organizational commitment has no significant effect on performance nor as a mediator of the relationship between job stress, reward, and performance.

OPTIMIZATION OF SENTIMENT ANALYSIS ALGORITHM ON YOUTUBE MUSIC APPLICATION WITH COMPARISON OF NAIVE BAYES AND SUPPORT VECTOR MACHINE

This study conducted a sentiment analysis of a new application created by YouTube, namely the YouTube Music application. Sentiment analysis is used to understand user opinions about a service or product. In conducting sentiment analysis, researchers compared the Naïve Bayes and Support Vector Machine algorithm methods, which were then optimized using Particle Swarm Optimization for both algorithms. Research data was collected through web scraping from the Google Play Store which contained reviews from YouTube Music application users. Each review was labeled with positive and negative sentiment based on the context and emotions contained therein. The results showed that the Naïve Bayes algorithm model had a higher accuracy rate of 87.17% and the Support Vector Machine had an accuracy of 91.80%. The Particle Swarm Optimization method successfully optimized the evaluation process using the Confusion Matrix, with the initial Naïve Bayes accuracy of 87.17% to 91.80%, the initial accuracy of the Support Vector Machine of 85.20% to 85.51%. The results of sentiment analysis using Naïve Bayes with Particle Swarm Optimization on the YouTube Music application show that users responded positively with a total of 5,967 positive sentiments and 1,657 negative sentiments.

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ORGANIZATION BEHAVIOR AND LEADERSHIP STYLE ON EMPLOYEE WORK DISCIPLINE

Researching employee work discipline is a very interesting topic because it is one of the factors that influence organizational performance. The purpose of this research is to check and verify how organization behavior and leadership style influence on employee work discipline. SPSS version 25 and a questionnaire for 101 respondents are used in this research. This research uses multiple linear regression techniques along with statistical analysis and quantitative research. Multiple linear regression analysis results for organization behavior (X1) of 6.440 with a significance value of 0.000 and leadership style (X2) of 3.637 with a significance value of 0.000 were produced by researchers based on SPSS data analysis. The results of the simultaneous test (F test) showed a significance value of 0.000 and a score of 43.854. The conclusion of this study, the first hypothesis is that organization behavior has a significant effect on employee work discipline, the second hypothesis is that leadership style has a significant effect on employee work discipline and the last hypothesis is that the two variables (organization behavior and leadership style) have a simultaneous influence on employee work discipline.

THE INFLUENCE OF FINANCIAL LITERACY ON FINANCIAL BEHAVIOR OF MSME ACTORS IN SUKAMUKTI, CILAWU GARUT

The objective of this study is to determine the partial effect of financial literacy (X) on financial behavior (Y) among MSME actors in Sukamukti Village, Cilawu District, Garut Regency. This study uses a quantitative method with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The population in this study consists of all MSMEs in Sukamukti Village, Cilawu District, Garut Regency, totaling 82 MSMEs. The saturated sampling technique is used, meaning that the entire population is taken as the sample. Since the number of MSMEs in Sukamukti Village, Cilawu District, Garut Regency is 82, all of them were used as the research subjects. The analysis method used in this study is simple linear regression, utilizing SPSS version 27. The results of the study show that, partially, financial literacy (X) has a positive and significant effect on financial behavior (Y). This is based on the t-test result for the financial literacy variable, which shows a t-count of 7.404 > t-table of 1.664, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.

ANALYSIS OF WORK EXPERIENCE ROLE IN ENCHACHING EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT ASSTRO HIGHLAND CIATER

This study aims to analyze the role of work experience in enhancing employee performance
at Asstro Highland Ciater. Work experience is considered a key factor that can influence individual
performance in the workplace. The research employs a qualitative method, utilizing data collection
techniques such as interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that work
experience plays a significant role in improving employee performance. Employees with more work
experience tend to adapt more quickly, understand workflows better, and effectively tackle challenges,
which contributes to increased productivity and effectiveness. Additionally, other factors such as
support from colleagues and a positive work environment also contribute to performance
improvement. This research provides important insights for management in human resource
management and emphasizes the importance of valuing and leveraging employees' work experience
as a valuable asset to achieve optimal performance. Consequently, companies are encouraged to
continue investing in the development of employees' skills and experiences to enhance overall
performance.
