Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction and work-life balance on turnover intention with organizational commitment as a mediating variable in employees of PT. Beringin Sanjaya Putra. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method using a questionnaire of 86 respondents. The data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through AMOS. The results of the study show that job satisfaction and work-life balance have a negative effect on turnover intention. Organizational commitment also has a negative effect on turnover intention and has been proven to mediate the effect of job satisfaction and work-life balance on turnover intention. These findings suggest that increased job satisfaction, work-life balance, and strengthening organizational commitment can lower employees' intention to leave the company.
