PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI KEUANGAN TERINTEGRASI SISTEM INFORMASI AKADEMIK MENGGUNAKAN INTEROPERABLE WEB SERVICE DAN ACTIVE RECORD PATTERN UNTUK MENDUKUNG PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN BERKELANJUTAN
Abstract
This study aims to develop an integrated financial information system with an academic information system at a higher education institution in Jakarta to support sustainable financial management. The system was built using the Prototype development method, implementing Interoperable Web Service for system integration and Active Record Pattern for efficient data management. Key features include chart of accounts management, beginning balance configuration, account helper management, journal entries, accounts receivable and payable journals, general ledger, and financial reports comprising statement of financial position, income statement, cash flow statement, and statement of changes in net assets. System testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method to ensure all functions operate as expected. The results demonstrate that the integrated system successfully facilitates efficient data exchange between financial and academic information systems, reduces data redundancy, and supports sustainable financial management through a maintainable and scalable architecture.
