ANALISIS PENGARUH LITERASI DIGITAL PENGAJAR,PELATIHAN PENGAJAR, DAN WORK LIFE BALANCE TERHADAP KINERJA PENGAJAR DI BIMBEL XYZ CENTRAL MEDAN

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital literacy, teacher training, and work life balance on teacher performance at XYZ Central Medan Tutoring Center. In an era of increasingly competitive education, the quality of teacher performance is a crucial factor in determining the success of tutoring institutions. The method used in this study was a quantitative approach with a descriptive approach. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires and interviews with teachers at XYZ Central Medan Tutoring Center. The population in this study was all company employees, with a sample of 82 selected using a sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to determine the simultaneous and partial effects between variables. The results showed that simultaneously, Digital Literacy, Teacher Training, and Work Life Balance had a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance at XYZ Central Medan Tutoring Center. Partially, Digital Literacy had no effect on Teacher Performance at XYZ Central Medan Tutoring Center, Teacher Training had a significant effect on Teacher Performance at XYZ Central Medan Tutoring Center, and Work Life Balance had a significant effect on Teacher Performance at XYZ Central Medan Tutoring Center.
