Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, transformational leadership style and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Mulei Puspita Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative method, with data collection through a questionnaire distributed to 40 employees of the company. The sample withdrawal method uses purposive sampling. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression with t-test and F-test through SPSS version 21. The results show that organizational culture, transformational leadership style and organizational commitment affect employee performance both simultaneously and partially. This research contributes to providing an overview of employee performance improvement strategies to support company progress.
