ANALISIS BUDAYA ORGANISASI, DISIPLIN DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA KLINIK DI KOTA BATAM
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of organizational culture, discipline, and motivation on the performance of clinic employees in Batam City. Multiple linear regression was used as the analysis technique. This study used a questionnaire distribution method with purposive random sampling to 120 clinic employees serving as a sample at 10 clinics in Batam City. The results showed that all variables in the validity test were declared valid, and the reliability test results for all variables were above 0.6, thus declaring all variables reliable. Based on the results of the multiple regression test, it was found that organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Similarly, the variables of discipline and work motivation had a significant effect on the performance of clinic employees in Batam City. The f-test results showed that all variables had a positive and significant effect on the performance of clinic employees in Batam City. Furthermore, the adjusted r-square test results obtained a value of 0.890, indicating that the variables of organizational culture, discipline, and motivation contributed positively to the performance of clinic employees in Batam City.
