ANALISIS KEPEMIMPINAN, LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN LAUNDRY KOTA BATAM

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of leadership, work environment, and compensation on the performance of laundry employees in Batam City. Multiple linear regression test was used as an data analysis technique. The method used in this study was to distribute questionnaires using purposive random sampling to 110 laundry employees in the city. The results showed that all variables in the validity test were declared valid, and the results of the reliability test of all variables had values ​​above 0.6, which means that all variables can be stated as reliable to be continued to the next test. Based on the results of the multiple regression test, it was found that leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as well as for the work environment and work compensation variables had a significant effect on the performance of laundry employees in Batam City. From the results of the f test, it was found that the variables of leadership, work environment, and compensation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of laundry employees in Batam City. Furthermore, based on the results of the adjusted r square test, a value of 0.850 was obtained, meaning that the variables of leadership, work environment, and compensation contributed positively to employee performance in Batam City.
